Tuesday Yoga with Sara
Tuesday with Sara -- beginning 6/19
Children's Yoga -- (5.45pm - 6.15pm -- 5-class punch card - $12.50 - Payable on Square)
Children love yoga! From the movement in and out of yoga poses, to being able to express themselves in a creative manner, to the 'rest' portion or Savasana at the end of each class. Children are naturally flexible, yoga allows them to maintain their flexibility, allows them the ability to develop strength and coordination, to develop strong self-esteem and body image, improve mental focus and to learn how to breath and channel and release stress.
Classes are developed specifically to each age group that works best together and yoga sequences reflect their level and comprehension. Yoga for younger children include fun games, creative projects and activities to keep their interest, support their attention span and allow for deeper self-understanding all while supporting the goal of yoga with self-awareness, self-regulation and self-mastery.
Bring mat or large blanket.

Saturday Yoga with Romeo
Class begins at 10am
Romeo’s passion is to ensure his students find the correct alignment and action in each pose. His practice is called Deepening Your Asana (pose). The primary is focus is to build strength and balance by holding poses longer.
His yoga practice started in his teens with his yogini grandmother in Brazil. His practice took off two years ago, when cycling, soccer and running were taking a toll on his body. Yoga helped lengthen the muscles and brought calmness into the turbulent day to day activities. This was only the start, Romeo went on to undertake the RYT200 yoga training and now shares his knowledge with everyone.
A 5-class punch card is payable on Square. Members pricing: $25.00 Non-Member (bring your friends) pricing: $40.00. Children's yoga is $12.50 for 5 classes.
