Clubhouse Rental

Reservations of the Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is available to Swanson Pool Members for private use during regular hours of operation.

The rental includes 3 hours of Clubhouse use. This time includes set up, tear down, and clean up.

Additional hours may be purchased at $35/ per hour if more time is needed.

Guest passes are needed for any non-member entering the pool deck area.

Guest passes to the pool may be purchased for $5.00 each, 5 passes for $20.00, or 10 passes for $30

Pool Members:

Rental Fee: $75.00 (paid before the event) + Refundable hold/cleaning fee (cash given at the start of the event)*: $25.00 =

Total: $110.00

The hold/cleaning fee must be paid in cash at the start of the rental.

*The hold/cleaning fee will be refunded pending the rental space is vacated at the end of the scheduled event, all trash is removed, tables and chairs are clean and floors are free of spills & debris.
