Swim Lessons 2026

Does your child need to learn how to swim? We have you covered! Swanson Pool will offer 4 sessions of swim lessons this summer. Each session is two weeks long.

Note: Children must be 3 years of age or older to sign up for lessons.

Each session is two weeks long (8 lessons per session)

Session 1: June 8th - June 19th  (M/T/Th/F)

Session 2: June 22nd- July 3 (M/T/Th/F)

Session 3: July 6th - July 17th  (M/T/Th/F)

Session 4: July 20th- July 31  (M/T/Th/F)

Two time slots for each two week session:

11-11:25 AM OR 11:30-11:55 AM

Please do not enter the pool area any earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of your lesson.  Deck needs to be clear for swim team and any lessons prior to yours. Members wanting to continue their time at the pool must exit the pool deck and check in at the desk.

Classes are overseen by a certified WSI swim instructor along with assistance from our Red Cross certified lifeguards. Classes will be divided into swim ability, with small groups of typically 4-6 working with each instructor. Levels may be combined some days due to availability of lifeguards and number of children in attendance.

Sessions could be canceled OR combined if not enough swimmers sign up 3 days before the start of the session.

Each session includes eight 25-minute lessons. A notification will be sent out as soon as possible if there is a cancellation or cancellation of a session. No refund after the start of the lesson week. Lessons canceled due the weather are not guaranteed to be rescheduled, but a best possible attempt will be made.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT 

Swim lessons are available to both pool members and non-members, with discounted rates available to our members (both unlimited and limited members).

For scheduling purposes, we ask that you fill out a new Registration Form for each child. You may pay for all lessons on Square by adjusting the Quantity you pay for.

          $160 (8 lessons) Non-Member Pricing 

Credit Card Payments are made via Square - add the needed swim team option to your cart.  Alternatively, you may bring a check or cash to the desk at the pool.  If you drop off a check or cash to the pool, please make very clear to the lifeguard receiving the money what you are paying for and your member name. Please note that your payment secures your spot for the lesson and that payment is due no later than 5 days prior to the start of a session.

PRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons are available and can be scheduled with our WSI certified swim coach Matthew or by request with any of our swim coaches or Red Cross certified life guards. These lessons will be arranged directly with our pool manager Caleb. Once our pool is open for the season, you’ll be able to arrange for private lessons by stopping by the desk at the pool or calling the pool for more information on scheduling and pricing. We apologize that we are not able to schedule private lessons prior to the opening of the pool Memorial Day weekend.
